Genette Eaton is proud to have established and managed Kevin Costner's Tig Foundation. This family philanthropic program offered educational opportunities for young people in South Dakota communities, with a strong emphasis on college scholarships for Native Americans.

For most of her career, Eaton has been an Executive Consultant to Chief Executive levels of Fortune 30 corporations in the US and Europe. Her client list includes many of the world's finest companies: AT&T, Motorola, Bayer, Ford Motor, Allstate Insurance, Bell Systems, Abbott Labs, Ameritech, Bristol-Myers, General Motors, McKesson ... and many more.

Eaton’s business recognition includes Business Woman of the Year, and her diversity work for Ford Motor garnered Forbes Magazine's Best Diversity Program in the Country.

As a humanitarian committed to social equity and diversity, Eaton stepped out of the corporate world to become CEO of HomeAid, America's largest provider of housing for the temporarily homeless. With a housing portfolio exceeding $200 million and an annual budget of $20 million, Eaton was instrumental in expanding operations and bringing national recognition to the organization, including White House recognition for work in New Orleans following Katrina.

In addition to her work with Native American's during her tenure with Kevin Costner's foundation, Eaton was recognized by the United Nations Centre for Human Rights for her work on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
